Basque Music Collection, vol. 2
This volume dedicated to the composer from San Sebastián reflects two extremes of his work, containing scores from both his Parisian period, characterised by the school discipline imposed on the creator by Vincent d’Indy at the Schola Cantorum, and some of those composed on his return to San Sebastián, much freer in style.
