Reporting Misconduct
Any person who becomes aware of or has a reasonable suspicion of actions or omissions constituting regulatory violations must use the following channels:
- In the case of potential criminal offenses, serious or very serious administrative violations, or breaches of European Union law within the scope of Law 2/2023, the BIS channel (Internal Information System for Regulatory Violations and Protection of Whistleblowers) of the Basque Autonomous Community public sector must be used.
- If the information relates to fraud, corruption, or any other illegal activity involving European funds, the external SNCA channel is available.
- Any other type of violation, beyond the aforementioned scope or related to internal regulatory contexts (especially breaches of our Code of Ethics and Conduct), will be managed through the internal protocols established by the company for such situations.
If the person who becomes aware of a potential violation has doubts about which reporting channel to use, they can submit a query via the following email: compliance@euskadikoorkestra.eus
