Information
The entire Orchestra will embark on the epic journey that Juan Sebastián Elcano made 500 years ago. With this adventure as a starting point, students will be able to enjoy the folklore of his origins and the different melodies (Beethoven, Strauss, Rossini, etc.) that could have made up the soundtrack of his journey. The highlight of the concert will be the projection of images from the animated film Elcano y Magallanes. La primera vuelta al mundo (Elcano and Magallanes. First Voyage around the World), accompanied by a suite of music composed by Joseba Beristain for the feature film.
The School Concerts will be in 21 and 22 Novembre at Kursaal Chamber Hall, in a double morning session: 9:45 and 11:30.
