Fauré's Requiem

Fauré's Requiem is the fundamental work of this concert that the Basque National Orchestra, together with the Bilbao Choir and the conductor Ramón Tebar, will offer in the Aranzazu Basilica. All earnings will go to the Columbus Foundation, whose main objective is to facilitate access to the most advanced and effective therapies for children with cancer or rare diseases to improve their life expectancy and quality of life. Added to the possibility of listening to these works by Fauré and his universe is the attractiveness of the setting.

Maestro Ramón Tebar is the Principal Conductor of Florida Grand Opera in Miami, of which he has been Artistic and Musical Director since 2010; Artistic and Musical Director of Opera Naples in the USA since 2014. He is currently Associate Principal Conductor of the Valencia Orchestra, having been its Artistic Director and Head from 2017 to 2021.
