This album has become the witness of a period, of the years when the Orchestra was starting out on its collaboration with the country’s musical institutions, such as the Orfeón Donostiarra choir, at that time directed by Antton Ayesteran, and lending testimony to our artistic heritage. Here, with the performance in San Sebastián’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre of Illeta, by Francisco Escudero, composed on the text of the same name by Xabier Lizardi.
