Special concessions
For the over-65s, under 30s, holders of Basque National Orchestra season tickets, students and the unemployed.
Last minute youth (10 euros)
People under the age of 30 can acquire tickets for all zones at a price of 10 euros, 30 minutes before the start of the concert from the ticket desk of the corresponding concert hall.

Tuesday-Friday: 17:00-20:00 (On show days also 12:00-14:00).
If there is a show on Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday: 12:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00
On show days, the ticket office opens at least one hour before morning shows.
Donostia / San Sebastián
Kursaal Auditorium ticket desk
Monday to Wednesday: 11:30-13:30
Thursday and Friday: 11:30-13:30 and 17:00-20:00

Tickets for Miramón Matinées and Family Concerts at the Basque National Orchestra headquarters can also be purchased on the day of the concert from the Headquarters ticket desk and provided that places are still available.

Access for minors
Children under the age of 5 cannot access the concerts that are not specifically destined to children. Consult the regulations of each auditorium on their own websites.
Changes and returns
Once the purchasing process has been completed, no changes will be accepted and the price of purchasing the tickets will not be refunded, unless the event is cancelled. This will be the only accepted reason for refunding the price of the tickets purchased.
